ERS Better Homes, LLC, was founded by Concetta Alvarez who has extensive experience within all phases of residential construction. The company is registered and certified in the State of NJ as an Home Improvement Contractor (General Contractor) and Home Builder.  

 

Concetta graduated from Kean University with an Accounting and Economics degree. While working as an accountant in the corporate world, Concetta worked evenings and weekends with a residential construction company. During this time she continued her overall education by becoming a real estate appraiser and getting licensed as a real estate agent.

Through the many years of working in Monmouth and Ocean County, Concetta has developed many working relationships with town officials in the Engineering, Zoning and Building Departments which is very helpful in this industry. Also, she has strong ties with numerous vendors throughout the State of NJ.

Concetta's strong background within accounting, construction and real estate is why she is a well rounded owner. Her experience within budgeting, timelines, material costing and management combined with her strong construction knowledge is what makes Concetta and her company ERS Better Homes, LLC the team to have on your side.
